At Cotopaxi, we stand by our Gear for Good and want to ensure you love your equipment. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your gear in its original packaging if possible, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification as soon as your refund or exchange is processed.
